fantastic stay with excellent service

friendly staff comfortable bed

i had a great visit with friendly staff. the all-inclusive food was good (i loved the fresh fruit!). rooms were clean and i found the bed very comfortable. pools were also clean with good access, convenient for my family. i would definitely return here.

i found that fresh towels could have been delivered more often. it wasn't a major issue, but daily towel service would improve the experience. otherwise, my stay was excellent and i have no real complaints.

A frustrating stay. Some issues need addressing

food flies plastic cup

The staff in the dining room worked hard to clear tables quickly.

The amount of flies around and on the food was awful! i found it really unappetising. also, i thought it was cheap of the hotel to make guests use the same plastic cup for all drinks. It felt unhygienic, really.

slippery floor cold shower

The bathroom really needed some work.. water leaked through the ceiling tiles. my husband actually fell, though luckily he wasn't hurt badly. the shower wasn't much better. It was consistently cold despite us complaining twice. the staff said they fixed it, but it remained the same until we moved rooms on day five.

good food decent variety noisy air conditioning uncomfortable couch

The food was decent. There was a good variety, so you could always find something to eat.

The room i had wasn't great. The air conditioning was ancient and noisy, and the couch that turned into a bed was really uncomfortable. it reminded me of i was sleeping on two different levels, not exactly ideal for a good night's rest, you know?
