slippery floorcold shower
The bathroom really needed some work.. water leaked through the ceiling tiles. my husband actually fell, though luckily he wasn't hurt badly. the shower wasn't much better. It was consistently cold despite us complaining twice. the staff said they fixed it, but it remained the same until we moved rooms on day five.

The food was decent. There was a good variety, so you could always find something to eat.
The room i had wasn't great. The air conditioning was ancient and noisy, and the couch that turned into a bed was really uncomfortable. it reminded me of i was sleeping on two different levels, not exactly ideal for a good night's rest, you know?
